When I found out DJ Eth!k and Mahtie Bush were working on the La Chancla EP, I was instantly excited. Eth!k and myself are members of Bay Root Productions who have worked extensively together throughout our careers. I've known Bush since my beginnings in the Sacramento scene back in the early 2000's. Throughout our careers, we have worked with mutual artists but never together. That finally changed when we completed "HIPocrisy". This record gave me the chance to speak on the current ills of our society and address some issues that seem to effect us all in varying ways.
